- Restaurant Supervisor
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or similar F&B operation
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor is preferred
- Have experience using the VHP (VHP Hotel System), particularly for F&B operations and billing
- Good knowledge of food & beverage products, service standards, and daily operations
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to supervise the service team
- Able to handle guest complaints professionally
- Able to work under pressure and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good command of English; other languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
