Restaurant Supervisor / Captain
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in customer service standards and able to handle guest complaints professionally
- Knowledgeable in beverage costing and daily reporting within the Food & Beverage Department
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
- Familiarity with the VHP system is preferred
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
