General Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in the same position or as Restaurant Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English (both spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations & service standards
- Able to handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
