Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the related position within the hotel or resort industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of operational standards and procedures
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/software
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Creative, disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated
