Job Responsibilities
- Experience in a similar role or as Sous Chef within 2-4 years.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Able to speak and understand in English
