Requirements
- Minimum have education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum have 2-3 years experience in Hospitality or related field.
- Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook.
- Have Certificate Food Safety/Hygiene Certification.
- Familiarity with food costing, menu development, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to join immadiately.
