SALES MANAGER (Jakarta Sales Office)
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong in Sales & Marketing with sufficient business source database to achieve maximum results.
- Excellent network with local/international wholesalers, travel agents, corporate accounts, and OTAs.
- Optimize financial performance by implementing strong budget control and maximizing revenue.
- Good attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead by example work style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
