Sales Team – Bali based
Location: Onsite at Tegallalang, Ubud – Bali
Positions:
- Sales Manager
- Assistant Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain relationships with agents, organizers, and repeat guests
- Increase occupancy and revenue, especially for 3-bedroom villa products
- Conduct sales calls, inspections, and networking activities
- Develop sales strategies for family stay, retreat, event, and group segments
- Coordinate closely with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospitality sales
- Strong knowledge and network within the Ubud market
- Experience handling villa, family, retreat, group, or event market is highly preferred
- Having database/contact for:
- Family travelers
- Event organizers
- Travel agents
- Wedding / gathering market
- Corporate or community groups
- Familiar with OTA, direct booking strategy, and social media sales approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive personality
- Able to work independently and as a team
