Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, food cost control, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, well-groomed, and well-mannered.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
