General Requirements:
For FB Sales Manager/Restaurant Sales Manager
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant/Hospitality Sales.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of restaurant promotions, dining trends, and event/banquet sales.
- Able to handle client inquiries, conduct field sales, and build partnerships.
- Good coordination with F&B Service, Kitchen, and Marketing teams.
