Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree communication,Tourism,or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in same Posisition
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding with Hotel Operation
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiar with hotel management systems (VHP, Opera, or similar PMS)
- Able to manage guest complaints professionally and effectively
- Good understanding of room allocation & handling guest activity
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitute
