General Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a managerial role within a villa, resort, or hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in overseeing daily resort operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards, budgeting, and operational procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/property management systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to maintain high service standards, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Honest, disciplined, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
