Room Division Manager – Bali based
Location: Onsite at Tegallalang, Ubud – Bali
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Butler operations
- Ensure service standards align with SOP and company targets
- Manage team performance, including training and evaluation
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Develop strategies to improve service quality and occupancy
- Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals
- Must be proficient in using VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system
Requirements:
- Minimum education varies by position (High School, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field)
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred according to each position
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
- Strong service mindset, responsible, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays (for operational roles)
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) for administrative
- Strong leadership and operational understanding for managerial position
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoor for DW Gardener position
- Good analytical and coordination skills for Sales & Marketing Assistant role
