Room Division Manager
General Requirement & Responsible
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager in a recognized 5-star luxury resort or luxury hotel
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Rooms Operations, and guest experience
- Excellent understanding of luxury service standards, personalized guest journeys, VIP handling, and service recovery
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, team management & communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Equipoise Resort Ubud
