Hotel Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our boutique villa operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or Assistant General Manager role.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with hotel PMS-VHP is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Manage, coach, and develop the team.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and overall business performance.
