- Cluster Housekeeping Manager
Qualification
- Min 1 year of experience in the following position
- Strong leadership, operational, guest service, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage team effectively
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, cleaning equipment, and safety regulations
- Highly detail-oriented, understands guest needs and is pro-active with guests and the team
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional customer service skill, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good attitude and pleasant personality, well-maintained appearance
