1. Assistant Manager Engineering
Qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the Hospitality, Resort, or Villa Management industry
- Able to solve problems and make wise decisions without bypassing SOP and hierarchy
- Strong administrative skills for daily reporting and arranging schedules
- Has an orientation toward guest service standards and guest satisfaction, and understands the daily operations of a Hotel, Villa, or Resort
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills and guest engagement to create a friendly and hospitable impression when meeting guests or handling complaints
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work well within a team
