GenuineHost is a part of PRAMANA EXPERIENCE brand collection. We currently own and run 65 villas spread across several areas such us Ubud, Seminyak, Sanur, Payangan, Tegallalang, Sukawati, Blahbatuh.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates with good personal character, strong motivation, high responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team:

1. E-commerce Manager

2. HK Supervisor

3. Villa Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Physically fit and well-groomed.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation.
