Engineering Coordinator at Maxone Hotel Ubud

WE ARE HIRING

Male, maximum 40 years old.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel engineering, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator role.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), generators, pumps, boilers, and preventive maintenance.
Able to plan, organize, and supervise daily engineering operations.
Capable of troubleshooting technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Familiar with energy-saving programs, maintenance planning, and asset management.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations when required.
Familiarity with hotel maintenance systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Engineering Department.
Ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor utility consumption and execute energy-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with all departments to resolve maintenance requests promptly.
Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance or renovation projects.
Maintain engineering records, maintenance reports, and asset documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and hotel policies.
