GENERAL MANAGER
GENERAL QUALIFICATION :
- Min. 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a 4-star hotel.
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hotel management.
- Revenue specialist with strong knowledge & experience managing online (OTAs) & offline travel agents.
- A strategic thinker with strong ability to develop innovative, out of the box solutions and perform under pressure.
- Optimize financial performance by implementing strong budget control and maximizing revenue.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead by example work style.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain product & service quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
