GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements:
Reports to the BOD, you have already a minimum of 2 years experience in villa, resort or hotel as a General Manager or Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Hotel and Villa from staff management to guest relations. You will assist the management in identifying business opportunities, competitive analyses, formulating and implementing Business plan & market expansion, Revenue growth strategy, managing multiple divisions, optimize efficiencies, maintaining a strong quality of asset, service and product, and ensure necessary training and full compliance to SOPs. Bachelor degree in business is an advantage.
