Resort Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Resort Manager in a Luxury Collection Property
- Strong operational leadership skills, with a background in Room Division (FO, Housekeeping, Wellness, Finance and Accounting)
- Stay ahead of the curve by aligning the strategies with the latest Marketing
- Leveraging insights and innovations to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.
- Let’s adapt and thrive in the ever-changing marketing landscape!
- Proficient in Property Management System (PMS)
- Skilled in budgeting and P&L management
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Employees, Guest, and owner Satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive results
