Villa Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all villas.
- Ensure villas are clean, well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, guest service, and operational staff.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Conduct regular villa inspections and follow up on maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory, amenities, and operational supplies.
- Support occupancy, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality operations.
- Pre-opening experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, guest service, and villa standards.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in luxury villa management is a plus.
