Position:
General Manager

General Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in the same or a similar position
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and field-oriented
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Able to join immediately
- Based in Bali
Key Responsibilities:
General Manager
- Handle operational issues, guest complaints, and emergencies
- Coordinate schedules, staffing, and vendor support
- Conduct regular villa inspections and follow up on issues
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management
- Support operational setup for new villas.
- Oversee and manage internal company operations
- Implement and monitor SOPs and operational processes
- Coordinate across departments (Villa Management, Finance, HR)
- Monitor operational performance and efficiency
Social Media Manager
- Define clear content & growth strategy for two brands
- Establish tone, audience, and content pillars
- Align with company long-term vision
- Monitor and adjust strategy based on results
- Produce high-quality content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Showcase villas, projects, lifestyle & expertise
- Maintain brand consistency & professional image
- Support brand independence over time
- Plan & manage Instagram advertising
- Drive qualified audience growth
- Implement retargeting strategies
- Optimize performance metrics
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth)
- Analyze and improve continuously
- Identify future scaling needs (content team, video, etc.)
Chief Engineering:
- Lead and supervise maintenance.
- Ensure all villas and facilities are in excellent working condition.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, AC, pool systems, and structural issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Control maintenance budgets and cost efficiency.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are met.
- Report technical status and risks to management.
