Revenue Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall villa revenue.
- Monitor daily rates, booking pace, market demand, competitor pricing, and occupancy trends.
- Manage pricing strategy, promotions, availability, and restrictions across booking channels.
- Coordinate with reservation, sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize booking performance.
- Manage OTA performance, channel manager, PMS, and online distribution platforms.
- Analyze revenue reports, booking trends, cancellation patterns, and guest behavior.
- Provide regular revenue performance reports and recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion, direct bookings, and seasonal revenue.
- Ensure rate parity and accurate villa information across all booking platforms.
- Support revenue planning for new villas, pre-opening properties, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, occupancy optimization, OTA management, and market analysis.
- Familiar with booking platforms, channel manager, PMS, and revenue reporting.
- Able to analyze market trends, competitor rates, booking pace, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Able to work closely with reservation, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to develop revenue strategies.
- Experience handling multiple properties is preferred.
