The Wina Seminyak is currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team.
Position: Villas Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the villas to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate villa staff including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
- Monitor villa maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property condition.
- Coordinate with reservations, sales, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare operational reports and manage operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in hospitality management, preferably in villas or boutique resorts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage.
- Currently based in Bali
