VILLA CANDANI, a member of PAX ANIMI, the villa management division of a luxury hospitality group, is located along the absolute beachfront of Gumicik Beach and offers an exceptional luxury villa experience in the romantic village of Ketewel.
We are currently seeking a passionate, dynamic, and highly professional individual to join our team as:
VILLA MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Full oversight of the operations and staff at Candani Villa
- Managing all administrative and organisational functions, while working alongside a strong and highly regarded operational team
- Collaborating closely with the villa owners to ensure the property is consistently maintained to the highest luxury standards
- Leading, directing, and training staff, with particular focus on housekeeping excellence, presentation, and attention to detail
- Handling VIP guest relations and owner management with professionalism and discretion
- Overseeing the renovation project of a super-luxury beachfront villa in Canggu
- Managing a small long-term apartment complex in Umalas
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury villa or hospitality management
- Exceptional housekeeping standards and the ability to maintain and enforce high presentation quality across the property
- Strong administrative, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience managing owners, high-profile clients, and VIP guests
- A trustworthy, reliable, and hands-on professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to multitask effectively across multiple properties and projects in a fast-paced environment
