Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Western culinary.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
- Proven experience in à la carte operations with the ability to maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service speed
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high food quality and consistency.
- Able to join immediately.
