Head Chef
Requirements :
- Proven experiance in a hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to create and manage menus, including cost control and inventory
- Strong culinary skills with attention to presentation and quality
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Domicile in Bali is preferred
