Echo Beach Suites Canggu is a fast-growing boutique hospitality property currently operating 23 luxury guest rooms and 1 exclusive Penthouse in the heart of Canggu, Bali. Inspired by modern tropical living and authentic Balinese design, we strive to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
As our hotel continues to expand toward 40 guest rooms, we are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to grow their careers together with us.
We are currently hiring for the following position:
Staff F&B Supervisor – Pre Opening
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Previous pre-opening hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Familiar with POS systems and basic reporting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and professional.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the pre-opening setup of the Food & Beverage department.
- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Train, coach, and monitor the performance of the F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving departmental targets.
