Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel, lifestyle hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, menu pricing, and profit management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to develop strategies to increase F&B revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Good command of English.
- Creative, proactive, and analytical.
- Able to join immediately.
General Qualifications
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
