Job Position: F&B Manager
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations and reservations management within a hotel or resort environment
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficiency in hotel and restaurant systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with VIP guests, in-house guests, and external visitors
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and supervise hosts and reservation agents
- Ability to coordinate closely with kitchen, service, events, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of bookings, group reservations, and special dining events
- Ability to analyze reservation trends, forecast demand, and optimize table allocation to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Experience handling special requests, private dining, and event-related reservations (e.g., weddings, corporate functions)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and last-minute changes professionally
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with hotel standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are highly desirable in an international hotel environment
