Position :
- HEAD MIXOLOGIST (NRP-HM)
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP)
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, inventory management, cost control, and pricing strategies to deliver exceptional beverage experiences while ensuring bar profitability
- Strict adherence to local liquor laws
- Familiarity with Power Pro (POS) systems, scheduling software, and basic inventory
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
