Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, and leadership skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, guest expectations, and service excellence
- Excellent using program (Excel/Spreadsheet, Google form, Canva, Google Callender, VHP)
- Relevant educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Good personality, positive attitude, high motivation, and strong team spirit
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems relevant to the position is an advantage
- Available to join immediately
- Demonstrates resilience in managing work challenges and flexibility with work schedules
- Good command of spoken and written English
