We are currently recruiting:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager
GENERAL REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service during all shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality service
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and shift rosters
- Ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in food & beverage service or restaurant operations
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Knowledge of food & beverage products, menu engineering, and service flow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and calmly
- Strong guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to deliver consistent, personalized, and memorable guest experiences
