Restaurant Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining establishment, or lifestyle hospitality brand.
- Proven ability to manage multiple dining outlets and diverse service concepts simultaneously.
- Excellent guest engagement and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Creative and commercially driven mindset with the ability to develop innovative dining experiences, bespoke events, themed activations, private celebrations, destination picnics, romantic experiences, and revenue-generating food and beverage concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, drive outlet promotions, maximize covers and average spending, and contribute to achieving revenue targets across all dining venues and bars.
- Strong understanding of guest trends and market demands, with the ability to translate insights into unique experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Familiarity with wellness-oriented hospitality concepts and sustainable dining practices is highly desirable.
