Restaurant Manager – Bali based
Location: Onsite at Tegallalang, Ubud – BaliÂ
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff performance, training, and scheduling
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction professionally
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to achieve operational goals
- Monitor stock, inventory, and restaurant equipment maintenance
- Develop strategies to increase guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum education varies by position (High School, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field)
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
- Strong service mindset, responsible, detail-oriented, and well organized
