Blacksand Villas Echo Beach is urgently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the vacant position:
Duty Manager
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role (Duty Manager, Assistant Villa Manager, or Senior Supervisor) in luxury villa environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a significant plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering personalized and high-end guest experiences.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and basic reporting.
