Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
- Manage all departments during shift operations
- Ensure service standards and SOP implementation
- Prepare daily operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position at 4 star hotel/resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest handling ability
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Able to work flexible shift schedule
