Executive Chef

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership position within a reputable hotel or resort.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Breakfast, À La Carte, Banquet, and Meeting/Event culinary operations.
- Strong expertise in Food & Beverage Production, kitchen operations, and culinary team leadership.
- Proven ability in food cost control, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Creative and innovative in menu engineering, recipe development, seasonal promotions, and culinary concepts.
- Strong understanding of local and international cuisines. Experience in Chinese Cuisine will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Solid understanding of the diverse international market segments in Bali and current culinary trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, develop, and motivate culinary teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Results-driven with a strong passion for guest satisfaction, continuous improvement, and business growth.
- Previous experience in a well-established hospitality company in Bali will be a distinct advantage.
