Sous Chef
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Having strong Skill & knowledge in Food & Beverage Production and kitchen management
- Well versed with HACCP standard and requirements
- Ability to create innovative menu development and presentation
- Ability to create unique food programs to attract more visitors to the restaurants based on markets dynamic of the area
- Optimize financial performance by implementing strong budget control and maximizing revenue
- Good attention to detail with excellent accuracy
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead by example work style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
