Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within boutique luxury, design-led hotels or lifestyle-oriented properties.
- A passion for service excellence rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest needs.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, cultivating a positive and purposeful work culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker
