We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Front Office Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Telephone Operator, Bell Service, and Reservations.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong understanding of room inventory management, room allocation, upselling strategies, forecasting, and maximizing room revenue.
- Ability to effectively handle guest complaints, service recovery, VIP arrivals, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
