Food & Beverages Restaurant Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B leadership or management role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and build high-performing F&B teams.
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, HACCP standards, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, inventory management, staff scheduling, and daily workflow planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- A hands-on, proactive, and organized approach to managing daily F&B operations.
