Guest Experience Manager
Requirement:
- Open for local people only (Live in Bali)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at luxury hospitality or boutique accommodation
- Proven ability in Guest Experience management with a focus on creating memorable stays
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage online platforms, optimize sales processes, and meet revenue goals
- Positive attitude and good communication skills with excellent grooming standards
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Able to work as a team player and high motivation
- Able to start immediately
