OPERATIONS
Guest Experience Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and mapping of the end-to-end guest journey (pre-arrival, arrival, stay, post-stay)
- Create, implement, and standardize SOPs for guest experience, service flow, and communication
- Set up all guest communication channels (WhatsApp Business, email templates, OTA messaging system)
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales & Marketing to ensure aligned guest messaging and positioning
- Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure readiness before opening
- Develop guest experience concepts (welcome setup, personalized services, upselling experience, etc.)
- Participate in property readiness checks, mock-up stays, and soft opening simulations
- Recruit, train, and prepare Front Office / Guest Relations team
- Build service culture and ensure team readiness aligned with brand standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality (pre-opening experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience in setting up SOPs and service standards
- Strong understanding of guest journey design and service excellence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to handle complaints and high-pressure situations
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage a team from scratch
- Detail-oriented with strong service mindset and brand awareness
- Familiar with OTA platforms and guest communication systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
