- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Good personality, positive attitude, and able to work well in a team
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well-groomed, friendly and professional appearance
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
