- Chef de Partie Pastry
Requirements
- Computers are literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, related hotel management and accounting software
- Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and a problem solver
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation (HACCP principles) and ensures those guidelines are followed and enforced
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably at a luxury property
