Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, with relevant Sales understanding, or equivalent sound industry knowledge
- Senior managerial experience in a similar role
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to the sales team members
- Knowledge of local market and/or experience in a luxury hotel in a plus
- English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is a must
- Computers are literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property Management Software, preferably Opera
- Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and a problem solver
