We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Executive Housekeeper
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public areas, laundry, linen room, and pest control management.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Thorough understanding of housekeeping chemicals, equipment operation, occupational health & safety, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and linen control.
